How much does it cost to be a member of Inprova Commercial Procurement?

How do I access these savings?

Through our Quantum web portal.

Once your application has been approved, we will email you login details to access the suppliers’ pricing through the Quantum web portal.

The suppliers I use are not currently listed on the Quantum web portal. Will you be working with others?

Suppliers may change over time, but the current list of suppliers has been selected due to their range and quality of products, distribution network and value for money.

We believe these suppliers can deliver the services you require to complete your projects and through our knowledge of the market, we have covered the majority of project requirements.

If I don’t purchase all my products from the suppliers listed, will I need to raise separate orders and receive separate invoices?

Different suppliers may have different arrangements.

A sub or sister account may be required for your primary merchant account. This will enable purchasing of products not available through Inprova Commercial Procurement to be purchased.

However, as an Inprova Commercial Procurement member, we recommend you ask your supplier for a member price, and we can add any items to the pricelist at your request and the merchant’s agreement.

What if the items listed within the Quantum web portal don’t include all the materials and products I want to order?

You don’t need to buy all your materials and products through Inprova Commercial Procurement.

With over £25 million in savings already made for our 900 customers within the Inprova Portfolio, we are confident that our pricing is better than most negotiated prices. This is due to the purchasing power gained from our long-term relationships with suppliers.

However, inevitably, there may be a few individual items that you find cheaper.

 If so, please contact us at customersupport@inprovacommercialprocurement.com and we will be happy to discuss this with the merchant directly on your behalf.

How frequently will the pricing be reviewed and what is the process for any price changes?

Product pricing at Inprova Commercial Procurement is negotiated on a supplier-by-supplier basis.

Our dedicated procurement team understands the importance of obtaining the best possible prices for our customers, and we work closely with each supplier to ensure competitive pricing.

Whenever there are updates or adjustments to the pricing of products from our suppliers, we will immediately communicate these changes to you via email.

Once my membership is approved, when will I be contacted by the suppliers?

Inprova Commercial Procurement members will be contacted directly by suppliers within 48 hours of membership acceptance.

Inprova Commercial Procurement suppliers will primarily offer cash accounts.  Credit accounts may be provided to members at the supplier’s sole discretion after assessing existing trading relationships and any additional financial checks.

How can I cancel my membership?
