They also offer services such as energy-saving surveys, lighting design surveys and waste recycling. They have almost 400 branches and free next-day delivery for orders over £50. Their mobile app lets customers order products from the CEF Trade Catalogue.

Quotations will be completed and returned by e-mail within 3 working days. If designs are required, the quotation and drawings will be returned by e-mail within a maximum 6 working days.


Our lead time for standard ranges is 3-4 weeks from order. Our Hi-Line range requires a 5-6 week lead in time. If appliances are required, the lead time will be determined by the availability from the appliance manufacturer.

All orders should be e-mailed to    xxxx and you will need to confirm the following – range, colours, handings, delivery address and delivery date (within the agreed lead in times).


Delivery will be a kerbside delivery where our driver will take product to the side/back of the vehicle for you to off-load into your storage facility. Deliveries are palletised to assist if you have access to a fork lift, if not the pallet will be split to be off-loaded manually.


Where a trade account is not in place payment will be required by pro-forma at the point of order. Should you wish to apply for a trade account please e-mail icp@jtcfurnituregroup.co.uk to request an application form. Once completed the form should be returned by e-mail to the same address and your application will be processed. We will advise you on the outcome asap.
